Every time you wash your hair, can be used daily.

Wet hair thoroughly, spread a teaspoon of 3 More Inches - Shampoo between palms (more for long or very thick hair). Apply to hair and scalp and massage for 30 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly and then for 30 seconds more. Repeat only if necessary.
Always follow with 3 More Inches - Conditioner to reseal and protect your hairs outer cuticle.
