How to use this site: There are three ways to browse the product sections to find exactly what you're looking for from our fantastic range of products. Shop By... - click on the ‘Shop by Product’, Shop by Brand’, 'Shop by Skin/Hair Type' or 'Shop for Gifts' drop down box according to how you wish to browse. You will be presented with a dropdown list and simply select your choice. Department menus – to aid searching, we have grouped our products into a series of departments of similar products. The departments are listed on the left hand side of the page (except the Home Page). Each department will click straight through to all of the products included in that department. Some of the departments contain a large number of products so we have created sub-departments of similar products to help make a more refined search possible. Click on your selected department and a more detailed menu will appear when the new page loads, from which your selection can be made. Search - if you are looking for something specific, enter the Product Code (if you know it) or a keyword from the product name. Alternatively, enter a Brand key name (e.g. Living for Living Nature), to search by brand. Once you've found what you're looking for, click ADD TO BASKET and follow the prompts to specify quantity. Once you've added your selections to your basket, you can browse through the rest of the site and add more products to your basket at any time. View what you have in your basket at any time by using the menu item at the top of each page.
Having completed your selection, click CHECKOUT AND PAY and enter the information required. We'll ask you for your contact details (for details of our Privacy Policy, click here) and you'll be prompted to put in your method of payment. Enter your delivery address and your card details and submit them. As soon as your payment has been accepted, you'll receive an email notification of your order along with details of an estimated delivery date. 
Telephone OrderingYou can order your product from our telephone order line (24 hour answerphone) by calling 01926 425 666. If you are asked to leave a message, someone will contact you on the next working day to complete your order and take your payment details. When you contact musthave, you'll be dealing with experienced beauty therapists who can give free advice on the best products to use on your skin so please do give us a call.

DispatchOutside holiday periods, orders are generally dispatched within one working day, depending on the Shipping service selected. However, we are reliant on our suppliers, and if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact you via e-mail. If you need to make an enquiry about an order, please email your unique order reference number and your query to orders@musthave.co.uk. 
Shipping OptionsAll of our shipping charges are calculated automatically by weight and have been minimised to reduce any nasty surprises during checkout. We hate buying light items and being charged a fixed postage charge which subsidises other customer’s larger purchases so we're not going to do it to you We offer a broad range of shipping options to allow you to choose based on your time and cost requirements

The ‘View Basket’ icon (top right of your screen) will show just the cost of your products excluding VAT. Shipping (excluding VAT) will only be included if: You can select the delivery country for your order on the first page of the checkout process and continue shopping if you want to keep a running total of the product and shipping costs. Shipping costs for your order will be shown separately, displayed exclusive of VAT. If VAT is payable then this will be included within the VAT calculation for your order. Shipping is always calculated using the Royal Mail First Class rate for a UK delivery. You can select from a wide range of shipping options during Check Out (in the Shipping and Handling section), and the costs are automatically recalculated according to your selection. To help, the names of the delivery services available for your chosen delivery address, and the costs and times for each service are shown in the drop down list. 
ReturnsWe hope you'll be happy with the products you order from musthave, but we do understand if you need to return your item. Please follow the following procedure: Before sending the product back to us... ...you will need to contact our Customer Services Department to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) either by e-mailing orders@musthave.co.uk or by telephoning (01926 425 666). Please ensure that you do this within 7 working days of receiving your product.
The Customer Services Department will then advise you on how to proceed sending your item back to us. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages or damage. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened, used, or damaged goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by e-mail once it has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing your return. Even if you've simply changed your mind, we'll be happy to give you a full refund (as soon as possible but always within 30 days). We'll ask you to return the products to us at your own expense. In some instances if required, we will collect the item(s) from you, but the cost of doing so will be deducted from your refund.
