How to Order Samples
You can either: - contact us directly (details above)
- or you can order samples online
Where available, samples are listed on the website in their own section within each brand. To select a sample, simply add it to your basket. You can request product samples when you make an order with us, and we will send them out with your parcel. Requesting samples with an order does not attract a separate postage charge.
If you request samples without ordering any products, please bear with us while we process your request. We do process all sample requests every week but priority is given to product purchases. How many samples may I try?
To ensure that this service remains free to all, we would ask that you choose no more than three samples. If you speak to us or email us first, we can narrow down your choices to the most suitable products (Free Advice). Some of the brands we stock, do not provide samples of their products and there are some products that simply cannot be made into a sample. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to send you all the samples you request, but we will do our utmost to help.
