What will happen in my consultation?In the store... A consultation in person is far more thorough than advice by phone or email and we would always recommend it. A one-to-one consultation, means that we can examine your skin and any problem areas you may be concerned about. You may book our time if you would be happier for a private meeting with our Therapists, or we can talk to you in the shop and walk you through our brands. In store, by phone and by email... We will discuss your beauty regime with you, everything from the products you use through to what you eat and the benefits of staying away from chemicals and preservatives. We will then advise on a regime specifically for you. Our staff are not sales people for one particular brand so we are happy to select the best products for you from each range that we stock. No pressure... Our staff are skincare experts and therapists, they are not sales people. They really are here to help and will try to give you all the information you need so that you are able to make your own decisions. In most cases we can also give you leaflets, brochures and samples for the products we recommend so that you can try before you buy. Samples.... It is really important to musthave, that we sell you the right products. We have all known sales people who have practically forced you to buy items that stay unused in your bathroom cabinet. Wherever possible, we are happy to give out samples so that you can try the products at home.
