DECLEOR Foaming Cleanser is a cleanser that transforms on contact with water into a soft, creamy mousse. Formulated to cleanse the skin of all impurities without damaging the hydrolipidic film preventing any feelings of dryness or discomfort after use.

An active formula with Papaya Extract to brighten the complexion whilst Lavender and Petitgrain Essential Oils soften, calm and decongest the skin. In addition, Essential Waters of Orange and Kiwi provide a hydrating action to the skin whilst Oat Milk acts as a softening emollient.

Suitable for all skin types, and for those who prefer to cleanse with water.

As often as required but ideally twice daily, in the morning and evening.

Work a small amount of DECLEOR Foaming Cleanser into a lather with water. Gently apply to the face with light circular movements, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with the DECLEOR Tonifying Lotion.
