DECLEOR Hydra Floral Anti-Pollution Moisturising Emulsion is a new generation light emulsion featuring the "drip-feed" hydration system. Floral Waters of Mint, Orange & Orange Blossom which are similar to the water in the skin, along with Codium Extract, a Marine Alga, have been selected to form the heart of the HYDRA FLORAL anti-pollution moisturising process. This effective "drip feed" system performs immediate and long lasting action on the epidermis. This is reinforced by the technology of aquaporins, true "water channels" in the skin that promote circulation and the retention of water for optimum hydration. The DECLEOR Laboratories selected Wild Pansy Extract to encourage the production of aquaporins, and hyaluronic acid (the skin's main natural moisture reservoir) to ensure a regular and constant level of hydration. Microproteins from the seeds of Moringa Oleifera protect the skin from pollution particles by helping to prevent them from adhering to the surface of the skin.
