DECLEOR Large Cleansing Water is a cleansing water with a light consistency specially formulated to minimise the risk of irritation to sensitive skins. This delicate water gently removes make-up from the face and eyes with no need to rinse.

Essential Oils of Marjoram calm the skin, Neroli provides an anti-inflammatory action and Lavender & Camomile soften, soothe and protect against free radicals. Essential Waters of Rose & Mallow act as an emollient to soften the skin.
