DECLEOR Hydra Floral - Moisturising Emulsion is a light, fresh emulsion that leaves the skin hydrated and with a veil of freshness. It is a new generation moisturiser featuring the DECLEOR drip-feed hydration system which provides continuous and long-lasting hydration to all layers of the epidermis.

The drip-feed hydration system works in three stages;
1. It relaxes the skin and quenches its thirst with Floral Waters of Mint & Orange Blossom which are similar to the water in the skin.
2. It deeply replenishes the skin with Original Orange Water which is rich in trace elements and minerals.
3. It provides continuous hydration by stimulating the production of Aquaporins, true water channels in the skin that promote circulation and the retention of water for optimum hydration. Hazelnut Oil, Codium Extract - a Marine Alga and Wild Pansy Extract encourage the production of Aquaporins and Hyaluronic Acid (the skin's main natural moisture reservoir) to ensure a regular and constant level of hydration.

DECLEOR Hydra Floral - Moisturising Emulsion also protects the skin against pollution with micro proteins from the seeds of Moringa Oleifera which protect the skin from pollution particles by helping to prevent them from adhering to the surface of the skin. Formulated with Neroli Essential Oil to soothe and calm the skin and to act as a powerful vector for the other active ingredients to treat and penetrate deeper.

Reformulated in 2009, this emulsion is made from 85% ingredients of active natural origin as well as being paraben free and with no Mineral Oil or colourings.

Ideal for normal to combination skins. Can also be used as an alternative to the Hydra Floral Cream in the summer months.
