It gently cleanses the skin around the eyes without upsetting its natural balance and moisturises not only the skin around the eyes but also conditions the lashes.

Formulated with Camomile Essential Oil to soften and protect and Provitamin B5 to moisturise and soothe. Essential Floral Waters of Cornflower and Orange Blossom act to calm and decongest the delicate eye area.

Apply a small amount of the DECLEOR Eye Make-Up Remover Gel on to damp cotton pads. Press and hold for a few seconds and then wipe over the lashes from roots to tips. Use a different cotton pad for each eye.
