DECLEOR Matifying Lotion is an alcohol free plant based water with high performance active ingredients specially formulated for oily and combination skin. This fresh toner can be used to remove any last traces of make up or at any time of the day to give a long lasting anti shine effect.

Essential Oils of Ylang Ylang & Melaleuca purify, revitalise and rebalance the skin reducing blemishes. Burnet & Cinnamon Tree Extracts act as an astringent and Ginger & Papaya Extracts stimulate and brighten the complexion. Essential Waters of Witch Hazel & Mint refresh, tone and decongest the skin.

For combination, oily and problem skins.
