DECLEOR Matifying Lotion is an alcohol-free plant based water with high performance active ingredients specially formulated for oily and combination skin. This fresh toner can be used to remove any last traces of make-up or at any time of the day to give a long lasting anti-shine effect.

Essential Oils of Ylang Ylang & Melaleuca purify, revitalise and rebalance the skin reducing blemishes. Burnet & Cinnamon Tree Extracts act as an astringent and Ginger & Papaya Extracts stimulate and brighten the complexion. Essential Waters of Witch Hazel & Mint refresh, tone and decongest the skin.

For combination, oily and problem skins.
