DECLEOR Tonifying Lotion is an alcohol free toner with a soft fresh texture. Formulated to tone the skin and removes any last traces of make up. Extremely gentle it does not disrupt the skin's natural pH balance.

Essential Oils of Lavender and Petitgrain soften, calm and decongest the skin. With the addition of Essential Waters of Lime to balance the skin and Mallow, Orange and Kiwi to soften and hydrate.

Suitable for all skin types, and for those who want a gentle alcohol-free toner.
