Jane Iredale LipDrink is a colourless all-natural sun-blocking lip balm. It contains no petroleum-derived products which can dry out the lips. Regular users of petroleum-based lip balms are on a continual drying cycle, the more they use them the drier their lips become.

LipDrink truly is a drink for the lips with a base of Macadamia Nut Oil and a variety of waxes and oils – some with small molecules in order to penetrate, moisturise and condition the delicate lip membranes and some with larger molecules to provide a protective shield by lying on the surface. LipDrink also contains the anti-oxidants Green Tea Extract, Vitamin E and C. The active sunscreen ingredient of edible Zinc Oxide is added for UVB protection, it provides an SPF 15 and a broad spectrum sunscreen.

The flavour is a mixture of lemon and orange oils. It feels more moist on the lips than a traditional lip balm. The tube screws from the top to enable one-handed application and has been packaged to appeal to men as well as women.
