The sample will show on your order as a product but with a zero price.
Confirmation of your order is not confirmation that all samples requested will be sent, we do rely on the brands for these samples and they unfortunately are not always available, we therefore can not guarantee that all requested samples will be sent and we reserve the right to send a substitute if available.
Samples are included with your order, normally attached to the receipt but in some cases they may be loose in the box or jiffy bag, it is worth checking before you dispose of the packaging material as we are unable to resend samples once your order has been dispatched.
