When we founded Musthave in 1999, we knew exactly what we wanted. We wanted to create a website where every product featured was desirable, unique and of the very highest quality.
It took us three months to come up with a name that we felt embodied our ideas - and while we were deciding what to call ourselves, we spent quite a lot of time supporting local businesses. (Well, we certainly boosted the turnover of our local takeaway and wine bar!)
We finally decided on Musthave - because to us, it means something that is simply essential or truly desireable.
This name has determined not only our product choices, but also the quality and style of our service. Our customers are individuals and we treat them like individuals, offering a personal service, expert advice - and clear descriptions about our products to help you make exactly the right choices.
We always try to go that bit further - to exceed expectations with little touches like gorgeous gift-wrapping, recommendations for products that we think you'll love, free samples whenever we can and a range of delivery options to suit everyone - 'from fast to free'.
We source the finest products from around the world. We love products that contain natural ingredients and haven't been tested on animals. And while we certainly aren't eco-warriors, we are committed to making good choices that minimise our impact on the environment both personally and in our business lives.
