Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact us by e-mail at orders@musthave.co.uk, or phone : 01908 319225 between 9.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If no-one is available to take you call please leave a brief message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, you may return any unused Products you have purchased (except those that by their nature cannot be returned such as all opened cosmetics, items that deteriorate with time and other such items) within 7 working days of delivery for any reason including if you simply change your mind.

We cannot refund damaged product returns or any item which has been used. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us – on request, we will collect the Products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.

Even if you are returning all or part of your order to us, it remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend that you use a secure method of postage for returning products to us, and protect the products from damage. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item

If:
• the Product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description;
• the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
• the Product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified us of this purpose before purchase, and we have not informed you that the Product is not fit for that purpose;
we will, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.

Returns Procedure
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if yu do wish to return all or part of your order please notify us by telephone (call: 01908 319225) or e-mail (orders@musthave.co.uk) within 7 working days of the date of delivery that you wish to return all or part of your order. You will then be issued with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and advised on how to return your products. Upon safe receipt and provided that the products are returned unused and in re-saleable condition, you will be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
