Scrub; once or twice a week concentrating on dry or problem areas of the body. All other products as required.

If you are using the Heavenly Hydration - Salt Brushing Salt Scrub in the shower then use a small amount of the product and apply onto dry skin. Massage into the skin with circular movements until the salts dissolve, and shower off excess. If you are using the product in a bath then exfoliate as above and then get into a bath and enjoy a luxurious silky bath with the Coconut Oil and Vitamin E.
To use Heavenly Hydration - Mineralizing Bath Shower Gel in the bath add 2 - 3 capfuls. To use in the shower, apply onto a moistened sponge or in the palm of your hand.
Apply Heavenly Hydration - Mineralizing Body Lotion twice daily using gentle massage movements.
Apply Heavenly Hydration - Hand Care Cream daily and more frequently in intense cold or when using detergents. Massage from fingertips up to the wrists and pop on the Spa Moisture Gloves to increase the penetration.
