Thats very kind of you to send me a new productconsidering it is not musthave's fault/problm. I have just opened the bottle I am sending you and I find Im having the same problem ie; turning white and cracking. Such a shame as this is an excellent product when its working properly and really does what it says .All of its imitations of rubbishThats why Ive been using it for so long and I have recommended it to so many people. I buy for my Mother from you and she is 85!!!!!!
I sincerely hope that the manufacturers solve the problem and restore it to the original formula
