Daily following the treatment regime.

Use in a three day cycle.

Day 1. Apply the Bio Build Nail Polish Remover to a cotton pad and press against the nail for 15 seconds to allow the remover to penetrate the polish and dissolve the finish, then wipe firmly towards the tip. Thoroughly massage the Bio Build Seruminto the nail, cuticle and surrounding skin. Ensure nail is completely dry paint one coat of Bio Build Shield as a base under polish or two thin coats as a treatment.

Day 2 & 3.. Thoroughly massage the Bio Build Seruminto the nail, cuticle and surrounding skin.

Repeat 3 day cycle tidying the nail shape as required with the Uno File.
