DECLEOR Hydra Floral Anti-Pollution Gel Cream for Eyes formula is enriched with a Relieving Congesting Complex with Caffeine & Cornflower Extract to calm, drain and decongest, Ivy Extract to improve microcirculation and Sweet Clover Floral Water to alleviate circulation deficiencies. A tightening and smoothing effect is achieved by Plant Tensor obtained from Almond proteins that form a continuous and elastic film on the surface of the skin. Ophtalmologically tested.
