Apply a thick layer of DECLEOR Hydra Floral Anti-Pollution Eye & Lip Moisturising Mask to cleansed eye and lip contours. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes then remove any excess with a cotton pad soaked in DECLEOR Eye Make-Up Remover Gel.
