Once or twice a week.

Apply one pump of Remove & Rectify Cuticle Remover to every 5 nails. Distribute around the cuticle and leave for 3 to 5 minutes.

Use the file on the Quatro 4 Sided File & Buffer to shape the nails.

Apply Tropical Treat Hand & Nail Soak to the hands, massage with a small amount of warm water. For a special treat pour a little into a bowl of warm water and immerse the hands for 3-5 minutes.

Apply a little Diamond Skin Like Silk Hand Scrub to the palms and then the backs of the hands, paying special attention to the cuticle area. Massage until a creamy paste is formed and rinse with warm water, pat dry.

Use the Hoof Stick with tiny circular movements to gently shape and push back cuticles.

Use surface 1 of Quatro 4 Sided File & Buffer to remove ridges. Use surface 2 to smooth the nail and surface 3 to buff to a miraculous wet-look shine. Always buff from side to side across the nail.

Apply a small amount of Best Defence Treatment Hand Cream to the hands and wrists, massage in well, paying attention to the cuticles.
