Once or twice a week.

Pour a little of the Sole Relief Foot Soak into a bowl of warm water and relax with your feet immersed for approximately 10 minutes.

While the feet are warm and still slightly damp rub the Smooth Your Sole Foot File over the roughest, thickest skin using circular movements.

Using the Duo File, file the toe nails in long, smooth strokes from the side towards the centre of the nail.

Gently massage the Sole Mate Foot Scrub over the feet and legs and rinse thoroughly.

Apply Sole Pleasure Foot Cream to the foot and leg with gently massaging motions.
