After shaving, waxing or hair removal on clean dry skin. Also every evening before bedtime for a period of 2-3 weeks or until skin is clear. Then use once every two days for maintenance and prevention.

Spray IngrownFree Solution liberally onto a cotton pad and massage into the affected area. Allow to dry and leave for at least 30 minutes before applying a moisturiser. For larger areas the spray is fine enough to be applied directly to the skin, massage in and leave to dry as before.
