DECLEOR Cleansing Cream is a cleansing cream with high performance active ingredients, specially formulated for dry and extra dry skins. This soft, nourishing creamy cleanser rinses off with water without leaving a feeling of tightness, perfectly removing make-up from the eyes and face.

Essential Oils of Angelica & Geranium improve the micro-circulation of the skin and help reduce blotchiness. Essential Waters of Cotton & Ginkgo Biloba soften, tone and protect, with Oat Milk to act as an emollient softening the skin.

For dry, very dry and dehydrated skins.

As often as required but ideally twice daily, in the morning and evening.

Apply DECLEOR Cleansing Cream with the fingertips to the eyes, face and neck, using light circular movements, then rinse off with water. Follow with the DECLEOR Tonifying Lotion.
