Returns Policy

Musthave offer a no quibble return policy, subject to the conditions set out below, and we will either exchange, or process a refund to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

You may return any unused or unwanted products you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery for any reason including if you simply change your mind.  Exceptions to this are products that by their nature cannot be returned such as all opened cosmetics, items that deteriorate with time and other such items.

If you wish to return an item then you must obtain a Returns Authorisation RMA number so we can track your item on receipt at our warehouse and process it effectively. You can contact us for a Returns Authorisation

It is important that any unwanted items, unless faulty, are received back by us in a saleable condition. We expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that the item is received by us undamaged and unused with any seals intact.

If the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, and we will return it to you.

Whether you are returning all or part of your order to us, it remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend that you use a secure method of postage for returning products, and protect them from damage.

Upon safe receipt and subject to the conditions detailed above, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund from us.

Exchanges will be dispatched withing 48 hours subject to the item being in stock.

Refunds will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. We will refund the original debit/credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
